
Nicole Metz has built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in human resources, talent development, and organizational leadership. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government contractors, and private organizations, helping businesses strengthen workforce performance and leadership effectiveness. Her experience combines strategic planning, employee development, and operational support with a deep understanding of organizational growth and business success.
As Senior Director of Talent Management for TASC Corporation’s Intelligence Group, Nicole worked closely with senior executives and division leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning initiatives. Her responsibilities included leadership coaching, employee development, succession planning, diversity programs, and performance management. She also supported organizational design and redeployment efforts while helping leaders align workforce goals with evolving business objectives and operational priorities.
Nicole played a key role in developing talent management systems and employee support initiatives that improved workforce engagement and career development. She created the company’s first redeployment guide, which became a highly valued resource for employees navigating career transitions and new opportunities. In addition, she managed teams of staffing and talent professionals who partnered with program leaders to strengthen workforce capabilities and maintain high-performing operational teams.
Before joining TASC Corporation, Nicole spent eight years with Science Applications International Corporation in senior human resources and leadership development roles. She served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources before becoming Director of Talent Development and Management. In these positions, she designed and delivered training programs for program managers and technology professionals while supporting leadership growth, employee performance, and organizational development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Nicole held leadership positions with Nextel Communications and ACTERNA Corporation, where she focused on employee development, logistics, administration, and organizational training. Her ability to create practical development programs and improve team performance helped organizations strengthen productivity and employee engagement. She became known for her collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and commitment to professional development at every level.
Nicole began her professional career at Xerox Corporation in federal sales before advancing into sales training and leadership in employee development. She trained hundreds of sales representatives in customer engagement, advanced selling strategies, product knowledge, and professional services. Her training programs consistently achieved outstanding satisfaction results, and she later guided new training managers in employee coaching, performance feedback, and professional development planning across the organization.
Throughout her career, Nicole Metz has received numerous awards recognizing her leadership, collaboration, and professional excellence. She remains active in volunteer and community activities, supporting youth sports, church programs, STEM initiatives, and transportation services for cancer patients. Nicole graduated with honors from Marymount University with a degree in Communications and Business Administration. She enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband and four children.
